If you already have a background in aged care, disability support, or mental health care, and are looking to use the skills you have built in these roles in a similar, yet different environment, this could be the perfect role for you!

If you do not have any existing cleaning experience, please don’t be discouraged! We value a positive attitude and a willingness to learn, and we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.

Duties include, but not limited to:

• End of lease cleans, Deep cleans / Move in or or Move out cleans
• Biohazardous Cleaning/Decontamination including handling of biohazardous waste
• Using full PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Travelling to and from Job Sites (can be all over Melbourne)
• Some Heavy Lifting is involved (hoarding and squalor cleans)
• Building trusting relationships with clients

 

To be eligible for a position with our organisation you must have the following:

• Positive and can-do attitude
• Flexibility and willingness to work 4-8 hours per day across a variety of days between 8am-4pm
• The ability to drive to work independently and the ability to provide high-quality standards.
• Road Worthy Registered Vehicle and License – non negotiable.
• National Police Check
• Caring, compassion, empathy, and the ability to be sensitive and discreet abiding by strict privacy and confidentiality procedures at all times.
• Strong stomach and open mind.
• A non-judgmental outlook on our clients
• Be willing to travel 30-45 minutes to the site of work each day.
• Minimum 12mths experience in cleaning (ideal)
