How long does your guarantee last?
It lasts until the agent inspects the property which is the ONLY guarantee you should be getting, and this is usually within 14 days.
This is because the agent by law, has 14 days to inspect your property from the end of your tenancy. Our recommendation if considering choosing another company, is to specifically ask how long their ‘bond back guarantee’ lasts.
If it is only 48 hours or 7 days, well, it’s not a bond back guarantee is it, because it’s pretty much guaranteed that the agent won’t be inspecting it within 48 hours, when the law allows them two weeks? Food for thought!

How should I prepare for the end of lease clean?
Remove all personal belongings, including emptying cupboards and drawers. Ensure utilities like water and electricity remain connected until the agents has inspected the property.
Provide access to the property with any necessary keys or codes at the allotted appointment time.
Do you offer same-day cleaning services?
Yes, subject to availability. Contact us early to secure a same-day slot, especially for last-minute needs.
Do I need additional services like carpet steam cleaning?
In most cases, yes. If a home has received a professional carpet clean immediately before the start of your lease, then it is expected that you would do it at the end of your lease too.
Can I reschedule the cleaning?
Yes, we offer flexible scheduling. Please inform us more than 48 hours in advance if you need to reschedule.
Will I receive a receipt?
Absolutely. We provide a receipt after the service, which you can present to your landlord or property manager as proof of the cleaning to help with your bond claim.
What happens if the property does not pass the final inspection?
If the property doesn’t pass inspection, we’ll return to address any issues at no extra cost, ensuring you get your bond back.
Do you clean furnished properties as part of the end of lease service?
Yes, we clean furnished properties, but please be aware, that these take more time than a vacant property.
How long does an end of lease clean take?
Sadly, we are unable to answer this question, as there are too many variables, including size and condition, but can provide you with an idea on arrival at the property.
